A no always ends with a YES! Did you waste your energy and breath saying no? I bet that over 90 percent of the time, if you ask yourself a question, the answer is ultimately YES!
I have always been a firm advocate in the thought that there are YES and NO answers, but there is no right or wrong answers. I will blog about this someday.
How can we stop resisting with that no word and let good energy flow with a YES? It goes with the law of attraction. If you keep taking the time to figure out why something is is wrong and keep saying no to it, the YES is floating right by you.
